Extension from Myeik for Islands Visits

Day 1 : Explore to Islands In Archipelago

Morning pick up at your hotel in Myeik, then transfer to the jetty and take boat trip to explore beautiful islands in Andaman sea. Sailing to the islands where smooth white sand beach with very clear water to enjoy activities like snorkeling, swimming and just relaxing. Go to the Dome Island to see Moken village and observe their ways of life. Local picnic lunch will be served. Later morning explore in down town area observing colonial era buildings and busy central market selling varieties of products. Will also have chance to pay visit to local family run business of hand- made pottery and also to cashew nuts business to see the daily process of productions.

Day 2 : Explore to more Islands In Archipelago

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning transfer to the jetty and take boat trip for more island visit. Sail towards ‘Marcus Island’ and along the way pass ‘Kala’ and King (Kadan) islands. On the way there are chance to spot some colorful birds in the mangrove forest between the islands. Also observe the daily life of fishermen during a short visit of one of the villages along the way and learn how the villagers build wooden boat like they have been doing it for centuries. After about 2 hrs cruise along pristine water reach the Marcus islands. Now it is time to relax and kick back. Go for a snorkel in clear water or just enjoy in the shade on the beach or float in the ocean or just play on the beach. Packed lunch will be served on the beach. Enjoy the beach and forget about the outside world. In the later afternoon return to Myeik.
